English: Dr. Dimitrie Tușinschi / Dr. Demeter Ritter von Tuschinski: Prime President of the Cernăuți Court of Appeals, around 1937. He is wearing two Romanian state decorations:
Order of the Crown of Romania, Grand Officer's cross and star, awarded in November 1936. Order of the Star of Romania, commander, awarded in July 1928. The photo was published in March/April 1938, so it must have been taken between November 1936 and early 1938. Deutsch: Dr. Dimitrie Tușinschi / Dr. Demeter Ritter von Tuschinski: Primpräsident des Oberlandesgerichts in Czernowitz/Cernăuți, um 1937. Er trägt zwei rumänische Orden:
Orden der Krone von Rumänien, Großoffizierskreuz und -stern, verliehen im November 1936. Orden des Sterns von Rumänien, Kommandeur, verliehen im Juli 1928. Das Foto wurde im März/April 1938 veröffentlicht. Es muss also zwischen November 1936 und Anfang 1938 entstanden sein. Română: Dr. Dimitrie Tușinschi / Dr. Demeter Ritter von Tuschinski: Prim-Președinte la Curțea de Apel Cernăuți, aproximativ în 1937. Poartă două decorații românești: Ordinul Coroana României, Crucea și Steaua de Mare Ofițer, acordate în noiembrie 1936. Ordinul Steaua României, Comandor, acordat în iulie 1928. I am Demeter Ritter von Tuschinski's great-grandson, Alexander. The photo was published in Pagini Juridice, he was the publisher and founder of the journal. I scanned it and adjusted the scan digitally. The photographer is anonymous - to my knowledge, the name in the bottom right is the engraver who transfered the photo to the printing plate, not the photographer. I can provide a higher resolution digital copy upon request.
