• This promotional postcard was sent to listeners of theQuiz Kids radio show in the 1940s. The timeframe of this postcard is most likely 1942-1945. NBC separated its networks in 1942 due to antitrust issues and this became known as the Blue Network. The Blue Network was sold in 1945 and eventually became ABC.
• There are no copyright marks on either side, as can be seen in the photo links. It is well within the free license timeframe.
• It was created for distribution to the radio show's listeners to induce regular listening and also to promote Alka-Seltzer, the show's sponsor. This is a response card sent to those who sent questions in to be used on the radio program. Those whose questions were selected for use on the show received a Zenith portable radio as a prize.
