Stimmen die Zahlen???

- ich glaube ja erstmal alles, was Emporis mir sagt. Und wer in der Londoner City mit dem Auto zur Arbeit fährt, dem ist eh nicht mehr zu helfen. Allerdings stehen die Zahlen noch oben auf der Liste der zu klärenden Fragen: Schon allein: warum zehnmal mehr Fahrräder als Autos? Warum überhaupt 33 Parkplätze? Und darf man in London überhaupt noch bauen, ohne ausreichend Parkplätze vorzusehen? -- southpark 09:44, 6. Apr. 2012 (CEST)
So, ich habe mittlerweile die Baugenehmigung gefunden:
Car Parking
46 In recognition of the site’s high PTAL value, TfL welcome the restraint based approach to car parking provision and the allocation of 33 spaces, of which 13 spaces will be designated for disabled drivers. This provision falls well below the Draft London Plan and the Corporation of London UDP policy requirements of 1 space per 1000 – 1500 m² gfa and 2 space per 1500 m² respectively.
Cycle and motorcycle parking
47 The application proposes 355 cycle parking spaces with a further 96 motorcycle spaces together with secure cycle storage and shower facilities at lower ground level. The London Cycle Network (LCN) Design Manual promotes cycle provision at 1 space per 125 m² for B1 office space. This equates to the development providing in the region of 700 spaces. TfL would expect the current provision to be increased in line with the LCN Design Manual alongside adequate located visitor cycle parking facilities at the front entrance.

- Danke für das aufpassen. Das kommt davon, wenn man solche Daten von hier aus dem Gedächtnis in den Artikel schreibt. 20 normale und 13 Behindertenparkplätze. Nicht umgekehrt. Wobei ich mich immer noch frage, wieso sie die 20 normalen Parkplätze noch bauen wollten. Das wirkt schon arg lächerlich. -- southpark 20:21, 6. Apr. 2012 (CEST)
