Samuel Browne versus Samuel Brown

Hier steht er als Samuel Brown (und einige andere Quellen). Was ist richtig? -- Earwig (Diskussion) 11:08, 20. Jun. 2012 (CEST)

In den von mir genutzen Quellen wird er immer Browne geschrieben. Man könnte in den Personendaten allerdings noch die alternative Schreibweise, die ja auch in den Titeln der Transactions zu finden ist, aufführen. Gruß --Succu (Diskussion) 11:49, 20. Jun. 2012 (CEST)

Errors in Ray Desmond

I have just seen the photo of the gravestone of Samuel Browne and it clearly says 21 December and not 22 September. This is not the first error found in Ray Desmond's work. Desmond gives Heber Drury's year of death as 1872 when in fact it is a whopper at 1905. Shyamal (Diskussion) 11:57, 6. Jan. 2019 (CET)
