- probably: "During the intestinal phase, protein digestion products in the duodenum stimulate gastric acid secretion through the action of the circulating amino acids on the parietal cells. Distension of the small intestine, probably via the release of the hormone enterooxyntin from intestinal en-docrine cells, stimulates acid secretion. The intestinal phase accounts for only about 10% of total gastric acid secretion." steht im Kapitel 27 GastrointestinalSecretion, Digestion, and Absorption. von Patrick Tso (S. 488 für ref2)
- putative: "In at least two instances, the responsible hormone has been named but not identified, ..." und "... appears to be hormonally mediated ..." heißt es im Abschnitt Putative Gastrointestinal Hormones von Howard Dworken (S. 34 für ref3)

- Einige unsinnige Formulierungen bzw. falsche Übersetzungen („… the action of the circulating amino acids on the parietal cells.“) habe ich nun korrigiert. --2.163.183.129 17:55, 6. Jun. 2017 (CEST)
