Auf der engl.sprachigen WP-Seite werden diese Vorwürfe gegen ihn und sein Geständnis dazu zitiert. Das sollte in angemessener Form in den Artikel eingearbeitet werden. Vielleicht kann jemand diesen Absatz entweder selbst einarbeiten oder eine Übersetzung importieren. Die en:Wp enthält zwei zitierbare Meldungen der AP und der NYT. Auch Madeline Halpert berichtet am 4. Dez. im gleichen Sinn bei der BBC: Ex-US ambassador Victor Manuel Rocha charged over spying for Cuba. ( „… acting as a Cuban agent for more than 40 years. )
On December 1, 2023, Rocha was arrested in [[Miami]], [[Florida]], and charged with acting as an illegal agent of the Cuban government, therefore acquiring his [[United States passport]] through false statements.
