Laut obigem Link wurde der Service zum 31.5.2019 in der Cloud eingestellt, und die Smartphone Apps aus dem webshop genommen und deaktiviert.
" On 5/31/2019, the Microsoft Health Dashboard site will be shut down and Microsoft Band applications will be removed from the Microsoft Store, Google Play, and Apple App store."
Das Gerät kann wie weiter beschrieben nur noch reduziert (ohne cloud services) benutzt werden. Nach einem Reset kann es nicht mehr neu aufgesetzt werden.
