The correct spellings is Niho"n"bashi

"Nihombashi" is the original spelling for the name of a station there([1]) . As a place name, "Nihonbashi" is officially correct ([2] [3] [4]).--115.162.99.8 23:50, 23. Sep. 2012 (CEST)

"Officially" Japanese names are, well... Japanese. The correct spelling is 日本橋, read as にほんばし which is transcribed into latin script as Nihombashi in the Hepburn romanization system as used in the German Wikipedia (There are variants of the Hepburn system regarding the transcription of ん, e.g. the English Wikipedia generally prefers n whereas the German Wikipedia uses m in some cases to match pronunciation – though that practice has been a subject of debate). Nihonbashi is therefore just another possible transcription of the name into Latin - and already mentioned as such in the article. --Asakura Akira (Diskussion) 17:27, 24. Sep. 2012 (CEST)
