Habe einen Hinweis auf die Forms, insbesondere 10-Q und 10-K eingefügt, da diese doch häufig genutzt werden. (nicht signierter Beitrag von 85.16.34.151 (Diskussion) )

Was ist mit den Formularen 20-F und 6-K? Die scheinen besonders für nicht-US-Unternehmen wichtig zu sein (ich mußte ein paar davon lesen...), kenn mich aber nicht genug aus, um was in den Artikel reinzuschreiben. --Carandache 14:58, 21. Feb. 2007 (CET)

Hilfe, englische talk page blokiert ??

Wollte in der englischen talk page (der SEC) den Sachverhalt einfügen, dass das Budget der SEC ca. $1Bn ist. Der Update der talk page (!) wurde unterdrückt mit untenstehender Meldung. Ist Wikipedia eine offene Enzyklopädie (Zitat :Das Hauptmerkmal: jedermann kann unmittelbar Artikel einstellen oder verändern.) oder werden nunmehr updates von talk pages blockiert ?? Oder was geht hier vor ?? (Anmerkung : selbst ein update der nur aus dem Wort test besteht wird blockiert! ) Meldung :
