Oya Atalay Franck (born 1968) is a Swiss architect, architectural historian, and educator. She is a professor of architecture and the dean and managing director of the School of Architecture, Design and Civil Engineering at ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences in Winterthur, Switzerland. She also serves as the president of the European Association for Architectural Education (EAAE), a network and lobbying body for architecture, design, and urban planning schools in Europe.

Oya Atalay Franck has taught architecture and construction, urban design, and architecture theory at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY, ETH, the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich, and ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences.

Her teaching focuses on the theory and history of architecture, urbanization, and design studio. Her research areas include design research methods, research by design, architecture theory, urban history, Baukultur, globalization, and higher education policies. She has acted as an expert in various scientific bodies and funding agencies in the fields of art, architecture, design, urbanism, and city planning.
