Niobiumpentoxide should not be classified as harmful if swallowed or irritating to skin and eyes or the respiratory tract. It is an inert substance and data do not favour any classification (no classification suggested in ESIS data base). I doubt that the LD50 oral as given (10000 g/kg bw) is correct. Maybe mg/kg bw is correct. Additiponally on ECHAs homepage for registered substances Niobiumpentoxide does not have any classification.
