Problems with irritating logout and monobook-skin

Hi Brion, several users of the german Wikipedia have problem with irritating logout and monobook-skin. Instead of the fact that we´re all log-in, after a few minutes, especially in the moment, when we´ve been editing some article or jumping to annother item, the wikipedia smashes us out of "the race". So we also have to log in. (Special operative bullshit) A minor problem is that monobook-skin shows "kleinschreibung": for example "einstellungen" instead of "Einstellungen". We think that monobook is however very buggy. Do you have any solutions for this problems? Please look also on Wikipedia:Ich_brauche_Hilfe#Wikipedia = lahmarschig und unzuverlässig - Wikipedia:Ich_brauche_Hilfe#Rechner_langsam. My own Browser is Mozilla 1.7 and works with DSL. Vorlage Diskussion:Rot

Hi, there! A couple of days ago I made up Vorlage:Rot, which colors links pointing at stubs red with blue underlining, like this: Aattetur′. The idea was to catch the eyes of passers-by even before they actually view the stub, in order to encourage them to improve bad texts. Deletion of a commentary line

Hi Brion, I have carried out a speedy deletion of an insulting Lemma. Unhappily I did not clear out the commentary line [1]. Hallo Panda17, guckst Du bitte dort, wikilearning.de ist eine ganz normale, die freie MediaWiki-Software nutzende Seite, also keineswegs "illegal". Privacy Problems

Hallo Brion,

anstelle die anfragenden user aus der Support-Mailinglist (mediawiki-l@wikimedia.org) auszuschließen, wäre es vielleicht eher sinnvoll, Stellung zum Problem bezüglich der Veröffentlichung sämtlicher Mails von Drittseiten ohne die Zustimmung der User zu geben. Vielen Dank

Hi, Brion, is there any chance to switch on the enotif option for de.wikipedia? If you enabled the option in the wikimedia software but set the default value on "false" would this really be a problem for the wikimedia servers? Maybe we could at least run a test? I also fully support this request; the Enotif settings are enabled in Commons since a long time; it needs a serveradmin who sets the corresponding switches (all well documented) in LocalSettings resp. DefaultSettings to true.

Brion taucht nur deshalb in der Liste auf, weil er sich (als Entwickler) die entsprechenden Rechte zu Testzwecken selbst gegeben hat. HellDragon: dewikipedia account usurpation

Unified login question

There's an account on de: using the same username that I have on en: (en:User:Bearcat) that isn't currently linked to my unified login, but reviewing the edit history it consists almost entirely of transwikied edits that I did on en:. I was wondering if it would be possible to have control of the account linked to me, if somebody else isn't actually using it. I don't speak enough German to make very much use of it, in reality, but I do occasionally want to add interlang links and correct errors that I can make out with my fairly limited knowledge of German − frex, I need to correct the inaccurate claim in Saint Firmin Monestime and Mattawa (Ontario) that Monestime was the first black mayor in all of North America, as he was only the first in Canada (at least two black mayors in the US predated him). Taking this for granted, you really should be going to WP:validate articles ... Something, a member of the WM:Reviewer group does. (Not to be confused with the task of an WP:trusted_editor (Sichter), that some [enWiki pages even called WP:reviewer to make confusion complete.)
